Derby City's mission is to provide high quality first day covers at the lowest possible price with the best possible service.  Whenever we offer anything with a fault it is described accurately. Except for Sundays and holidays, purchases are mailed within 24 hours of the receipt of payment.  All buyers are contacted by email by the next morning after making a purchase. When making multiple purchases, the combined shipping charge is that for the most expensive shipping charge item plus only 5 cents for each additional item.  We do not try to make a profit on shipping charges.  We alway use postage stamps on our mailings.  Satisfaction is guaranteed on all purchases.
