We'd like to share some information to make your shopping experience enjoyable.  We don't like surprises either! Packaging- In every listing, there is an area at the bottom of the listing that says what type of packaging you can expect.  Examples: Most DVDs are packaged in a standard hard keep-case.  We'll let you know if not. Most software is the CD-Rom only.  We do have some products packaged in Jewel Case and Boxes.  The reason we sell CD only is COST.  Manufacturing, postage, storing, and handling costs for jewel case and boxed products is much more expensive than just the disk.  We pass these savings on to you.  Most of our long-time customers purchase a CD storage case to put the disks in.  You'll see that this is much easier than trying to train your child to always put things back in the exact case.. :-) We always protect the disks in transit.  If you ever receive a scratched piece of software, let us know.  We'll replace it. Shipping- You have choices with how we ship your order.  Most choose the economical way, so here's what happens with our "standard shipping method". Smaller orders will likely go out 1st class mail.  Large orders, especially those with DVDs will go media mail.  We usually have tracking on your order, so let us know if you don't receive it within 10 days. Software/DVDs--REAL OR COPIES??? We have the licensed right from the software publishers and DVD producers to replicate most of software and DVDs. We occasionally purchase closeout products and offer them to you at discount prices. WE NEVER COPY TO A CD-R OR DVD-R Media.  We have a huge manufacturing plant that works with music and video producers world-wide.  Technical Information for running our software- Again, this information can be found at the bottom of each listing.  Here are some tips and explanations.. "UP to Vista" means that it WILL work on a Windows Vista machine.  We did testing in-house to confirm this. "UP to XP" means that it WILL work on a Windows XP machine, but it failed our Vista testing. Our software does not work well on the new Mac OS X.  We're trying to convince the software publishers that they need to update this stuff---but it's not going well.  You really need the "Classic" OS to run 90% of our programs. 64 bit- Vista---We're currently testing our products on this new OS and we're updating listings as fast as possible. We often have patches or fixes for certain software programs.  Be sure to contact us if you're having any problems.  We can usually help you. SOMETIMES, A PROGRAM WILL NOT WORK ON YOUR SYSTEM--EVEN THOUGH WE'VE TESTED IT ON OURS.  WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS 100%, SO DON'T TAKE IT PERSONALLY...
