~~RETURN/REFUND POLICY~~

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on brand new items due to wrong size or change of mind. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing. **Occassionally BUT very rarely we come across manufacturer flaws during processing. In a case like this we will notify you by email and refund your money in full and the item will be sent back to the manufacturer.**

~~PAYMENT~~

Payment is due within 5 days of auction close. We prefer Paypal with confirmed addresses. Please note that Paypal eChecks take longer to process the transaction. Items are not shipped until payment has cleared. 

**DUE TO RECENT PROBLEMS WITH RECEIVING MONEY ORDERS WE NO LONGER ACCEPT THEM. They have become a hassle!! We DO NOT accept personal checks under any circumstances, they will be sent back.

~~SHIPPING~~

We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. As the holidays slowly approach us, please let us know if you need your items shipped faster so the shipping can be adjusted to your specified shipping method. We send emails notifying you of your shipment through eBay's messaging system. Please check your spam filters! We also include the expected delivery date, but remember we can not control the USPS and their speed. Holidays and weather can delay shipments.
