A little about us
I am a stay at home happily married mom of two boys 16 & 11 and a beautiful 22 month girl that keep me very busy...When I'm not entertaining them, I'm trying to find great buys on Pfaltzgraff Tea Rose Items...I am now selling here on Ebay, mostly Pfaltzgraff Tea Rose items and an assortment of others...Check out what I'm selling. You never know, It might be just what you're looking for :-). Lately (the past year) I've run into a rough spot in life. Where I used to add continuously to my tea Rose collection I've now had to sell it off piece by piece just to take care of my kids. I used to have enough Tea Rose to over fill 5 China Cabinets, Now my Three China cabinets that I have are dwindling fast. I love my Tea Rose and hate to see it go, but I'm banking on the fact that you'll love it as much as me. I've noticed lately that people are not happy with the shipping fees. Please remember that these are the fees the P.O. or UPS charges plus my 1.00 handling fee to help cover costs of bubble wrap & packing peanuts and delivery confirmation, so when you add in 70-80 cents for the delivery confirmation depending on whether sent priority or parecel I'm actually only pocketing 20-30 cents towards listing fees, paypal fees, gasoline, my time, the price I pay for brand new 99% of the time packing peanuts and bubble wrap additional time spent standing in line so that you see the actual postage paid. So be sure to keep all that in mind while rating me for the shipping charges. Also I want to note that most of my Tea Rose items are discontinued. Therefore they are no longer available through Pfaltzgraff, If the listing price seems high well it's because I paid at least 75% more than the starting bid in most instances on ebay and I'd like to get at least 1/4 of what I paid. Other times I know I'm parting with a rare and very hard to find item that I regretfully know I will most likely never own again, so If I do not get a price I'm asking for than fine, I'll keep it, But, I also know that if it means that much to me then it may mean as much to another true collector as myself. To those few that complain my suggestion would be don't bid if your not happy with the price. To those that understand I say HAPPY BIDDING!!! |

I try to do everything in a very timely matter and all I ask is that ppl do the same...If you ever have any questions feel free to contact me... About Feedback- I used to leave it automatically, however, since I've had alot of buyers that feel feedback is unimportant I have decided that I will only leave buyers feedback once they have left feedback for me. I will always leave a seller feedback because as a seller myself I can appreciate the importance of it.Also I want to note that items in my auction do NOT come from a smoke/pet free home. So if you have allergies or sensitivities to these things then please do not bid on my auction because all sales are final and I wont refund money because people wont read. I also buy items I sell from estates and garage sales and the people that had them before may have smoked or had pets as well. I try to describe the item to the best of my ability and I provide very good pictures. I will issue a refund ONLY if I grossly misrepresent the item. You are the expert at what you are bidding on.
**Please note** I am a busy mom and my family does come first! I don't always get on the computer over the weekend to check my emails or my ebay. Mostly my business stuff is done during the week. If me not responding to you over the weekend is going to be a problem then I am sorry. I do care about my customers and their satisfaction. However, I care more about my family! Thank you for understanding! |

I list everything I know about the item I'm selling and if there is ever any damage to an item I will take pictures of it and inform you so that you can decide whether to bid or not. I will never intentionally misrepresent an item. Should the item arrive in any condition less than you expected please email me and hopefully we can come up with a solution that makes everyone happy. |

I ALSO WANTED TO ADD THAT IF YOU EMAIL ME WITH A PROBLEM OR A QUESTION AND I DO NOT REPLY (WITHIN 24-48 HOURS), THEN PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM / JUNK MAIL FOLDER THROUGH YOUR EMAIL PROVIDER. I ALWAYS RESPOND TO EVERY QUESTION AND CONCERN. IF I GET AN EMAIL THAT ACCUSES ME OF BEING NONRESPONSIVE I WILL GO THROUGH EBAY TO GET YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND CALL YOU SO YOU CAN SEE THAT I HAVE TRIED RESPONDING. MY GOAL IS TO SEE YOU THE CUSTOMER HAPPY!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME! |
