Just a little bit about me. I have a full time job and do Ebay as a hobby. I spend my weekends going to yard sales and auctions trying to pick up interesting and unusual items to sell. Sometimes my full time job requires overtime and I can't spend as much time Ebaying as I want. I try to ship items daily but some weeks I can only get to the post office on Saturdays

Here is my theory on feedback: eBay transactions are like tennis, with each party taking turns hitting the transactional ball in this simplified auction:

Seller lists

Buyer asks questions

Seller answers

Buyer bids

At end of auction Seller sends payment info

Buyer pays

Seller ships

Buyer acknowledges receipt via feedback

Seller leaves feedback
