I'm not a business, but I always have more skin care and cosmetic items than I can use, so I sometimes offer these items on Ebay.
Most of my items are new and unused. A few are gently used, i.e., tested for color or used once or twice but not appropriate for my coloring. I clearly state if an item is gently used. I thoroughly sanitize used items, and give accurate if not conservative estimtates as to how much product remains. I would not sell you a product I would not want to purchase myself.
I usually only sell BIN. This seems to me the quickest way on both ends. If you want it, buy it or put it on your watch list. This way, I also avoid any misunderstandings about winning an auction, etc.
I am also an Ebay buyer, and try to treat you as I would want to be treated. Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Although I am not a business, I value and want to maintain my 100 positive feedback.
