blliao is just a regular eBayer. I sell stuff that I don't need, but may be a treasure to you. Sometimes I find bargains that I'd like to share with you. I'm also a buyer; having bought stuff on eBay I understand buyer concerns.
Here are my seller's policies:
Payment
I accept PayPal only. Payment must be received within 7 days after the listing ends. I will ship the item within 3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping
I ship via EMS, which includes insurance and a tracking number. Delivery, depending on location, takes anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. I am not responsible for lost packages.
Returns
All sales are final unless there is a shipping mistake on my part or the item not authentic.
Feedback & Customer Service
Please ask any questions you may have through eBay's "Ask Seller A Question" system. I will respond as quickly as possible. Feedback will be given after I receive feedback from you. A positive eBay experience for everyone is my aim.
