Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We ship 1-2 days from payment
received. (Monday - Fridays)
Q: How do I know that you've shipped
my package?
A: All U.S customers are sent an
email with tracking number with a link in which they can click or can enter
directly on
USPS.com
website, check your SPAM filter, and make sure eBay
has your correct email address on file.
All
International
customers will also receive an email only regarding items shipped. The Postal Services tracking system
is overloaded and information is not always updated on
line, sometimes for days. Please be patient.
Q: How long will it take my package to
arrive via Media Mail, Parcel Post, 1st Class, Priority Mail or
Airmail?
A: Media Mail can take from 4-14 days,
Parcel from 5-14 days, 1st Class from 3-5 days, Priority Mail 2-3
days or
Airmail 4-10 days.
Q: I returned a defective tape –
Why was there no refund?
A: We ran the tape under a black light
and there was no indication that our ultra violet markings present. We mark every
used items before we pack clearly with Ultra Violet Pen
with our packers initials and date.
If our markings are clear &
and our test indicate that it was defective, a full refund
of purchase price minus shipping will be issued. Please note that if
damage was caused during shipment and not insurance was
purchased – No Refund Will Be Issued! We do get a few
dishonest buyers who will send back a different item. We
will report to EBAY as FRAUD.
Q: Your auction says "Shipping
Insurance Optional" - What does that mean?
A: Shipping insurance reimburses your
loss if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in shipping. I always offer
optional
insurance.
Once item is shipped – I will not be responsible for the lost, stolen
or damage package by USPS during
shipping. International bidders must email
for quote on insurance – each Country has different fees structures.
Q: Do you offer local pickups.
A: Sorry, at this time we do not offer
local pickup even if you live in the same town. Note: According to PAYPAL, local
Pickups cannot
be proven as DELIVERED. PAYPAL
seller protection requires a tracking number that states that
The item has
been “DELIVERED”.
Q: Why did you file an Unpaid Item
Reminder Dispute against me?
A: If payment not received within 7 days,
we will file an Unpaid Item Reminder Dispute and within 7 additional days has
passed
without payment. We will close
the dispute and enter an item strike. Generally if you receive 3 item strikes
from
3 different sellers,
EBAY will impose a suspension on your account. 14 days is simply too long for
non payment.
