Defective DVD's
There will be no refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective and a suitable replacement cannot be remedied.Please contact us before sending back a defective dvd or cd so we can issue you a RA#.It may take up to 10 business days for us to check the dvd or cd you returned to us,after we check the item,we will then either issue you a replacement or refund.We do not refund shipping fees associated with your order.
