I am selling:

ALL
lingerie items such as bras, panties, teddies, corsets, merrywidows ,
bustiers are always BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN, 1st QUALITY
MERCHANDISE unless otherwise noted.
This applies to all
brands such as Victoria's Secret, Betsey Johnson, Wacoal, Anna Sui, Pleasure State, La Perla, Cosabella, Princesse Tam Tam, Fantasie and many more.
~Clothing~
The
Victoria's Secret items listed are brand NEW items not customer returns
and usually will be in the Victoria's Secret poly bags, just like when you
order directly from the catalog. Sometimes the attached logo tag labels are cut,
defaced, or marked (including bottoms of shoes) to prevent returns. This will be noted on the item's description.
Please be aware that the name " Victoria's
Secret" only applies to the lingerie items they sell. All clothing
and shoes are manufactured by, and will bear the name of, other names such
as Moda International, Hugo Buscati, London Jean, Colin Stuart and many others.
Occasionally (rarely) I will list
a Victoria's Secret customer return. If I do, this will be noted in the
description and if any flaws are detected these will be noted to the best of my
ability. Regardless, as with any clothing items you buy, new or otherwise, washing is always recommended before wearing.
PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT ALL MERCHANDISE IS KEPT IN A CLEAN, ODOR FREE, SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT AND PACKED WITH THE UTMOST OF CARE.

Methods:
Payment must be received within 5 days or a non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. 7 days after the NPB is filed, a final value fee will be received, a strike will be applied to your account, and the item will be relisted. Bidding is a legal bound contract, so only bid if you are going to follow through with this transaction! YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN YOU BID! IF YOU CAN NOT COMPLY, DO NOT BID!

customers may pay
electronically through Paypal. Please contact me with any payment questions or concerns.
I am not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs
charges added to your order in your country. I cannot determine nor calculate
what percentage those charges may be. Please check with your local post
office for more information.
Shipping
and Handling:
The
s/h rate for each auction will be stated on the listing. I am always happy to combine
my already low rates to save you money on multiple auctions won within 5
days of the 1st, highest prevailing,(provided they are paid for
in the same payment) so bid away!
This means I combine items, but NOT payments--if you want to save on
shipping, you have to pay for the items in the same payment. For
example: if you had three items and wanted to combine, do not send me three
separate payments. EMAIL me for your combined total and then
make ONE payment for all. They MUST all be paid for in ONE payment in
order to receive combined s/h. All shipments include delivery confirmation at no extra charge (excepting APO's and international destinations.) .
I always welcome international bidders and will rapidly ship your winning
item via USPS. Please email for shipping quote before making payment.
Please note that shipping and service are separate, so include shipping
notes/special requests in your payment rather than emailing me.
Please Note: Seller is not responsible for re-shipping fees if wrong address is given or item is not picked up at post office. It is up to the buyer to pay to re-ship. Also, we can not guarantee any postal or delivery service will deliver your order in accordance within their guaranteed time.

grossly misrepresented or wrong item was sent by mistake. No returns or exchanges will be made for size issues so please consult the size charts at bottom of this page if you have a question on size. Refunds
are issued only as a credit as long as the item is returned in the
same condition as it was when sent out. I will always try to do a
replacement whenever possible. |
