I am first and foremost the mother of a 39 year old son who was born with Cerebral Palsy who does not speak or walk that I care for full time at home thanks to the wonderful world of ebay. He is my only child, by birth. He is a pure joy and my gift from God! His life is full of laughter and hugs and he inspires me each and every day! As of 2/1/09 I have been informed that his curviture of the spine is compromising the space in his chest for his lungs and heart. The prognosis is not good. I will treasure each and every day that I am blessed with him. I am also the proud grandmother of 3 beautiful girls, thanks to my ex husband and my "children" with him.

I have been an estate liquidator and ebay seller for the past 10 years. My desire is to have happy repeat customers. I do everything in my power to accurately describe items but I am an estate liquidator and am by no means a jeweler. If I know for a fact an items is diamonds or gemstones I will say so in the auction. I know this because the inventory sheet tells me and I have never found one to be wrong. For the most part about 80% of the items are not listed on the inventory sheet and I do not guess as to what the stones are in that case. Estates will range from very old to very new. Vintage items will show normal signs of wear unless I state mint or new.

Due to my sons health I have recently sold the estate liquidation company to devote more time to him. I am no longer the owner of the company. I will continue to be in charge of online sales. I do not set the rules nor can I change them. Per company rules all sales are final unless an item is grossly misrepresented. Shipping is non refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is grossly misrepresented. If an item is sold and payment is not made within 7 days a non paying bidder will be filed and item relisted. Your name will also be added to the blocked bidder list.  No exceptions. All returns must have a return authorization number and must be post marked back to us within 3 days of receipt and must be received in the same condition it was shipped in. Refunds will be given in the form of merchandise credit only and a 20% restocking fee applies if the item was as described. Again I am an employee and cannot change company rules so PLEASE IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK THEM PRIOR TO BIDDING. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT PER EBAY RULES.
