I started ebay about 9 years ago as a bored stay at home mom as an outlet for my knack for finding  retail close out bargains. What started as a hobby accidentally became a full time business with two assistants. My mission is to have fun by provding only the best merchandise I can find by hand picking it,  and by to provide the best customer service I can by solving situations in a manner which I would want them handled if I were on the other end.

In the past few weeks, ebay has suspended my account because I was selling webkinz accessories and for some reason they misunderstood that to virtual items, which is not allowed.  Because I was well within the selling guidlines, operating ethically as always, and never even got a phone call about the situation from them before they closed my account for some time, it cost much more than lost sales. Once my account was re-opened, my store listings had all been cancelled by ebay and they have informed me that they are all now lost and I will have to relist them now individaully. IT WILL TAKE MONTHS AND MONTHS TO RELIST THE SEVERAL HUNDRED LISTINGS THEY CANCELLED AT NO FAULT OF MINE.
