Shipping & Handling |
Our Shipping Pledge
Blue Bay Electronics normally ships in-stock orders within two business days* from the time your payment clears. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday morning via UPS Next Day Air* service, the soonest it will arrive is the following Tuesday. Orders placed after about 12:00 PM Central Time will normally ship the following business day. Tracking Your Order
Blue Bay Electronics allows you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.
Domestic Shipping
Within the United States, Blue Bay Electronics offers shipping to any location. Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO (post office) boxes, APO (military) boxes or FPO (foreign) boxes.
All shipments are signature required upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign and accept delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with redelivery and local pickup options.
Total delivery time = Order Processing (two business day) + Shipping Time (in business days)
For example, by selecting UPS 2nd-Day Air* your in-stock items would arrive in four business days — two business day for processing and two business days shipping time. Please note that shipping times are stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additionally, Blue Bay Electronics requires two business days to process your order for shipment. The shipping time shown is the time it takes UPS to deliver the product to you after we process your order.
Shipping Address Requirements
Your shipping address must match your credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address. For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses. We are also unable to change the address after payment. Sorry, no exceptions.
Combined Shipping Discount
We offer a 50% discount for multiple item shipping. Shipping is full price for the first item and 50% off for each additional. Maximum of 3 items per invoice. Please wait until all purchases/auctions have ended before visiting our checkout. This will ensure that your invoice is consolidated and combined shipping rates are applied.

Accepted Payment Methods
Blue Bay Electronics accepts online payments exclusively. You may pay via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal through our safe and secure online checkout system. No Purchase Orders, Money Orders, Checks, Fax or C.O.D. orders will be accepted. We do not currently accept international credit cards at this time.
Immediate payment required.
If payment is not made within 3 days of the auction closing, our automated system will cancel the sale and file an Unpaid Item Dispute on eBay.

Payment Requirements

Sales Tax
Residents of TENNESSEE will be charged 9.25% sales tax at the time of checkout.

Blue Bay Electronics requires up to 2 business days to process your order. Additionally, some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed an additional 3 business days.

Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level security.

Return Policy & Warranties |
Our Return Policy
By bidding or buying this item, you agree to the following return policy:
- All merchandise unless otherwise indicated is sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS". Positively no returns, unless we make a mistake with your order.
- Customers must inform Blue Bay Electronics of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly -- even if the item is purchased for a gift.
- All approved returns will be approved for replacement (exchange) only.
- If a suitable replacement will not available when your return arrives, we will issue a full refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pre-paid labels are available upon request (for U.S. orders)
- Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic condition. If you feel a mistake was made in the description, photos will be required.
- Returns will not be accepted due to low battery life. Batteries are consumables and run-time is dependent upon many factors.
- Shipments that are undeliverable, refused or returned to us for any reason will be charged a restocking fee.
- Blue Bay Electronics holds sole descrection whether to process returns for exchange or refund.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns processed for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request an RMA (return merchandise authorization)
Please e-mail us at customerservice@bluebayelectronics.com to request an RMA. Please include your eBay user name, item number and a details explanation of your return request.
Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty, if included, will be honored by the manufacturer only. Please contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement of these items. A free copy of the written warranty can be obtained upon written request. All written requests should be emailed to customerservice@bluebayelectronics.com
Product Testing
Blue Bay Electronics, like other e-tailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. Blue Bay Electronics does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.
