to Get your Delivery Discounts -: Locate the
items you wish to purchase and Click Buy Now &
confirm the purchase for each one. DO NOT PAY for
the items one at a time. When you have finished
Buying go to your My eBay Page and Locate Category
Won within "All Buying". Check that all your
purchases appear as one order with one delivery
charge. If they do please process your payment. If
they appear as separate purchases each with a
separate delivery charge DO NOT PAY. When we combine
your purchases you'll receive an invoice via eBay.
Delivery Discounts are lost if individual items are
paid with separate payments (separate payments
trigger higher processing cost).
Free UK Delivery for Combined Purchases -:
Irrespective as to how many items you buy and
combine into one order you only pay the delivery
cost for one item. The more you buy the more you
save. You will be charged the delivery amount for
the item with the highest delivery cost - all the
others are delivered FREE. This applies to both
Sellers Standard Rate & Get It Fast, Delivery
Options. International Delivery Discounts -:
We combine International Purchases & offer
substantial delivery discounts. Buyers residing
outside the UK should follow the guidance above.
UK Delivery Options -: Most items have two UK
Delivery Options. Sellers Standard Rate and Get it
Fast. Sellers Standard Rate is a two to four working
day service and you should allow 5 working days for
the goods to arrive. Get it Fast is a Next Working
Day Service, a signature on delivery will be
required. *Irrespective as to which delivery service
you select we endeavour to dispatch your orders
completed before 1pm on a same day basis.
Payment Options -: Paypal is preferred as it
is safer, quicker and automated with eBay. We also
accept Credit & Debit Card Payments, please

Cards are acceptable with the exception of American
Express. We do not accept cheques, postal orders,
bankers drafts or bank transfers.
Warranties & Faulty Goods -: New Items are
warranted for at least 12 months, used items have no
Warranty. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded,
at our discretion. Blue Water Sports will refund
your reasonable costs relating to the original
supply and return of any faulty goods.
Return's -: We operate a 30 day returns
period, exceeding the statutory minimum by 23 days.
Goods returned for exchange will be subject to a new
delivery charge.
We only accept "Return's" for items bought via eBay at a "Fixed Price".
Auction based purchases that involve bidding can only be returned if the item is
"Not as Described" i.e. faulty.
Refunds -: Goods returned for a refund must
be returned in the same condition as originally
supplied. We Refund the price paid for the Goods,
delivery charges are not refundable. Before a refund
is processed buyers should respond to the "Sale
Cancellation" message that will be sent via eBay.

Collections -: We do not operate a collection
service. This helps us maintain our Competitive
Prices and ensures our time is effectively employed

Before committing to purchase BUYERS from MALTA,
CYPRUS, CANARY ISLANDS and other Island based
locations should send a message via eBay requesting
a delivery quotation. Delivery costs for these
locations that are automatically quoted within eBay
are estimates only, they may need to be revised
upwards should the Package weight exceed 2kg or
package length exceed 60cm.
