 However i also sell a lot of brand new items such as DVD's, books and games.

I always post my items once payment has been recieved and take paypal as it is the most secure way of payment.

An aspiration of mine is to try and get a steady income from Ebay and by doing this I need to be trusted by all my buyers. So I will always try my hardest to sort out any problems and will always try and give positive feedback in the end!

Like all Ebay members I dislike negative feedback and so will try to never give any and in return i expect buyers to contact me beforehand and I will try my hardest to get any problems fixed! Therefore I always leave feedback to my buyers, but only when they have left feedback for me. This is because I believe that if there are any problems, I have the right to try and rectify before negative feedback is left.
