TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AUCTION
While Auction is Underway
- Please ask any questions while the auction is running, not after it has ended. Your full knowledge of what you may be bidding on will ensure a smooth tranaction. Please make sure you understand exactly what the item is before bidding.
- I will try to answer any question to the best of my ability. If you are not satisfied with my answer, please do not bid. I am not an expert with the various articles I sell, I amy not be able to answer your questions fully.
- SOLD AS IS - This basically means that I have tested the item to my full capability and is always applied to a used item. If "as is" has been applied to a new item, this means I cannot test it properly. Please do not expect the item to be in perfect working order if these words are attached to the description.
AT AUCTION'S END
- Payment must be made within 14 days of auction's end. Failure to do so will result in non-bidder form and eventual negative feedback if tranaction is not completed appropriately.
- Acceptable forms of payment are: 1)International Money Orders / American Express MO / 7-11 MO / Western Union MO / Wal-Mart MO / USPS PINK Money Orders / Cashier's Cheque. I do not accept Paypal / Billpoint / Or any other online credit card processing company.
- All major credit cards accepted through www.Bidpay.com If payment is made through Bidpay, please note that I only ship after I have received the payment from Bidpay.
- Cash is always desirable.
- I will not do pick-ups or deliveries to local area residents. I just don't have the time.
- I package all items with extreme care noted. If any damage is incurred during transition, the post office or courier company has done a bad job. I will be happy to help with any information needed for claims against them. Basically what I am trying to say, is that don't email me blaming me for what happened after the package has left my establishment, unless it is obvious I messed up.
- I always email notification of shipment. Please do not email me three days after sending your payment asking for status of item. I WILL NOT respond. I do not have time to answer every inquiry related to this matter. I am a multiple seller which means that you are not the only customer I am dealing with at one time. If you have not yet received an email from myself notifying you of shipment, this means I have not shipped your item yet.
- Please note that mail delivery from Canada/U.S. - U.S./Canada, can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. This also applies when you mail your payment to me.
- Do not email asking me for a tracking number. We do not automatically receive tracking numbers from the post office, only courier companies do that. If you want a tracking number attached, that would be constituted as registered mail, which is an additional cost of $9.
- Once item has arrived and you are pleased, leave your comment on eBay. I will be sure to reciprocate. This policy ensures that everyone gets proper recognition and makes the process smoother for both of us.
- If you want to return the item you have received from me for any legitimate reason I will make a judgement of sincerity and if valid I will refund your money after the item is sent back to me in the same condition as I sent it. The refund covers only the item value....not the shipping or postage cost. If this is not acceptable do not place a bid on my items. Thank You.
