Welcome to Body and Soul Beautiful! I sell high end cosmetics from such brands as Nars, Smashbox Stila, Urban Decay & much more! I also sell items from Bath & Body Works & Victoria's Secret. I add many items daily. My inventory is always changing. I have best offer on most items but if not All offers are welcome. I am not always on my computer so please be patient. All questions or concerns will be answered within 24 hours. In order to guarantee a response please contact me through Ebays message system. Customer service is very important to me. Due to the personal nature of the items that I sell I do not accept returns and no refunds are given. All items are packaged with care. delivery confirmation is purchased on all the items that I ship. Insurance is available but optional. I however do recommend you purchase it. I am not responsible for the items or the condition that they arrive in after they have been shipped.  I offer a shipping discount on multiple purchases. In order to qualify for the discount you must pay for all items at 1 time. Otherwise I have no way of knowing that you have any other items. My shipping is FIRM. Please do not contact me and request an additional discount. My terms are listed clearly in each auction and you are agreeing to them when you place a bid. Please remember you are not paying actual shipping charges. You are paying for the privilege of combined shipping. It is unfair to leave negative feedback for shipping prices when you know upfront the cost.
