Welcome to Blue Sky Sales and Marketing.
I am a mom of 3 girls with the 4th little girl due in Feb. I started
selling on ebay to make a little extra money support my shopping
addiction and found I enjoy looking for new products, creating
listings, and "working" for myself and have enjoyed every
minute of it. I work on Ebay while the bigger girls are at school, and
at night while they are sleeping.
Shipping Information
We
ship Monday thru Friday (sometimes on Saturday as well).
Priority Mail typically arrives within 3-5 business days. I
ship larger items Parcel Post and it can take up to 14 days.
I
do ship Internationally. Please check with me for adjusted shipping
costs.
International
shipments are Priority International Mail.
Please check the US Postal Service for expected delivery
schedule. We can not be
held accountable for the Customs Agents or the US Mail Service.
Please note
that as a buyer it is your responsibility to provide us with a correct
and confirmed shipping address. If
you have moved we recommend updating your paypal account promptly,
removing any out of date addresses.
We are not responsible if the address you supply is not one
that can receive packages for you.
If you have
made a purchase and have not received your package in a timely manner
... PLEASE email us as I answer all emails within 24 hours, and in
many cases the same day!
You will
receive a lot of automated emails and then one from us that will tell
you that your purchase has shipped.
If you paid using paypal, the delivery confirmation number can
be found in the paypal transaction.
Please look for it there before emailing us to request it.
Since we ship just about everyday, look for that notice 24
hours after you have made your payment.
We do
combine and discount shipping costs on multiple orders. Your invoice
will be combined and adjusted to reflect a discount. Please send us an
email and let us know you are done shopping and your invoice will be
combined.
Communication with Us
We respond
to all emails and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have
with your order. Please contact us and we will actively work on a
solution so you will feel great about your transaction with us. We
appreciate your business!
We do not
accept returns on items unless they have been damaged in shipping or
were misrepresented in a listing.

Your item

Insurance
is always the buyers choice. Since insurance is the
buyer’s choice, any item damaged or lost by the carrier is covered
by insurance. Since the insurance is optional, but we cannot be
held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping if buyer
chooses not to have insurance. The US post office can not be
responsible for lost or damaged merchandise if insurance is not
purchased, therefore Blue Sky Sales and Marketing can not be held
responsible either since it is the buyers choice at checkout. FEEDBACK
IS IMPORTANT TO ME and I really want to work out problems on the
front end.
