All my auctions come from a very clean, smoke free home. All New Items are stored in zipoloc bags in rubbermaid containers. All preloved items are freshly washed, pressed and then stored in ziploc bags in rubbermaid containers.

To receive the Combined Shipping discount, All purchase must be paid for on one invoice and end within 7 days of the first auction. Combined Shipping fees are calculated for clothing auctions, highest shipping fee first then $1.00 for each addtional clothing auction (Excludes Lots). Combined Shipping on other items is calculated on size of box, total weight of items and zip code.Some auctions may not be availabe to combine and this will be listed on the auction. (Example:Coats,Shoes,Toys,Jeans, Lots). I will always combine all auctions that can be combined to save you money. Any questions please ask.

******Regarding all Preloved Clothing ********** All preloved clothing items and shoes have been worn by my children and purchased by me new from the retail stores or online(unless noted otherwise on the auction). I have purchased some new and preloved items from ebay and this will be noted in the auction. I will do my best to list any flaws I see and will note them. I do look over the clothing in different lighting, but I am human and capable of missing something.

I will occasionally be listing items for my sister's-18 month twin girls and will note that the clothing was worn by her girls. These items are from a smoke free home and were purchased new.

Most Preloved Clothing Items are only worn only a couple of times, as I tend to overbuy, and my children's closet's are overflowing. I take excellent care of my children's clothing. I wash all GYMBOREE & BOUTIQUE Clothing in Cold Water on the Gentle Cycle(inside out) and Hang to Dry inside. I generally wash all other brands of clothing in Cold Water and dry on low heat only.

Please understand if I were to ever miss something, it would never be done intentionally. I am human and am capable of making mistakes. We all have our own version of what condition an item is in, but I truly take the time to list items, as honestly as I can and note any flaws that I see.  I am very picky and selected with the items I will list for auction. I only sell quality items that I would put on my family and would want to purchase myself.

If ever, you are unsatisfied with something you purchased from me, PLEASE contact me ASAP by email and give me the opportunity to work with you to remedy the situation. If you ever feel the need to leave anything other than postitive feedback, please contact me asap. Leaving Negative Feedback is not a form of communication that leaves a WIN/WIN Situation for anyone. I cannot try to fix something, that I am not aware of, so please feel free to EMAIL ME. I have been a buyer and a seller, so I have been on both sides of the fence. I truly love to have fun, easy and pleasant transactions myself.
