Most of the items we list come from estate sales, auctions, tag sales, close-out sales and like sources. If an item we list is not listed as "NEW" we can not guarantee it comes from a "Smoke-Free" "Pet-Free" Environment because we are not sure if the previous owners had a pet or smoker in the house. We try to be selective about what we list, making sure it is clean,
complete and in good operating condition. If an item is listed as Vintage or Antique it may smell "old" or musty and we try to remember to note that in our listing. If you have any questions about an item we have listed please email BEFORE you bid. We try to
describe the good points and any bad points of every item we list.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We try to be fair and competitive in our Shipping & Handling Fees. We will Combine
Shipping & Handling on Multiple Purchases. Please keep in mind the biggest savings will be when you purchase like items, such as all Media Mail or all Parcel Post. The more you buy, the bigger your savings.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE:
We ship Worldwide and welcome International Buyers. We ask that you please email for a Shipping & Handling quote BEFORE you bid. We will always provide you with 2 quotes - Air Mail and Economy. The quotes will be for the exact postage to you plus a $2.00 Handling Fee for the first item and an average of $1.00 for each additional item. If you choose Economy please wait the full 6 weeks before asking us where your package is.
LOST PACKAGES/INSURANCE:
We offer insurance on ALL items mailed within the United States and require it on Fragile/Glass items. We state in all of our listings that "We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items once we have shipped them." Unless otherwise stated in the auction all items are mailed USPS the following business day once payment is made. If you do not want to pay the $1.35 for Insurance but would like a TRACKING Number, please email before you pay and we can invoice you for DELIVERY CONFIRMATION for $0.55 Overseas/Canada packages mailed Air Letter or Economy Letter Post DO NOT qualify for Insurance. Some overseas destinations do not offer insurance at all.
FEEDBACK:
We use Feedback as a way of judging how we are doing in the Customer Service
area and how the Postal Service is doing delivery wise. Therefore, our policy is
we leave Feedback for Buyers after they have received their item and have
posted Feedback for us. We post Feedback for Buyers within 24 hours of
their posting Feedback for us. We lose out on some Feedback because so
many play a waiting game but this is the way we have decided to handle
Feedback.
