A little about us.......
We are big into music, football & baseball, movies, M&M's, and John Deere. We also enjoy spending time gardening, scrapbooking, collecting baseball cards, looking up websites, and shopping on eBay. When we're not involved with any of those things, we enjoy spending time together and with our families. We have been married seven years now. We have both experienced a lot of life changing events in the last 9 years. These events include of course marriage, a kidney and pancreas transplant for me, buying a new house and car, and the death of Bo's father. We now also have two "babies" of the four-legged, ankle-biting, walking, peeing, pooping, wet/dry vac variety. Our baby boy is Peanut, and he's a miniature dachshund. He's "Momma's baby", and we lovingly call him "Nutter Butter". Our mothers will quickly tell you that they have grand-doggies. We also have a baby girl, and her name is Kandy Lane. We inherited Kandy Lane from Bo's sister, when she found out she was pregnant with our now 2 year old nephew. She is a Pekingese, and she too is a "Momma's Baby". They keep us both on the go, and I couldn't imagine not having them around now. It is just amazing how extremely lucky we are to have two such amazing and precious fur-babies. They are our children!.
We live in a small town in the upstate of South Carolina-out in the country-where it's pretty quiet, other than the crickets and the dogs. The people in the town that we live are very territorial. I found this to be hilarious. We technically live in West Pelzer, and they will let you know in a hurry if you live in Pelzer ot West Pelzer. This comes from a town that has a police department that has no computer and has about a three mile radius for jurisdiction. They also share one post office to which there is no distinction to the mail as to whether it is Pelzer or West Pelzer. We also only have one traffic light! I poke fun at them, but I really love it here. I believe you would have to take me kicking and screaming to get me to move.
