Celebrating over 10 YEARS on eBay with nearly 100% positive feedback!

My name is Bob Hill and I have 20 years experience in the realm of industrial supply and bearing distribution. During this time, I have held such titles as warehouse manager, customer service manager, inside sales manager, and now, owner. I have also attended many of the manufacturer schools, including Timken, SKF, NTN, NSK, Browning, etc. As a result, I have many contacts in the industry and I can find parts when the other guys can't. I know how to manage proper inventory levels, ship orders promptly, and let face it, customer service has been my life.

After many years of working for the big guys in the power transmission business and seeing first hand the poor customer service and the unreasonable profits they make off of you, the end user, I decided it was time to do something about it. So, in August 2006, I decided to strike out on my own, going from part-time to full-time eBayer, and formed Hill Industrial Supply, Inc. (known as "Bearing Bargains" on eBay).  

My goal: quality products, at reasonable prices, with exceptional customer service.

Quality products: I carry inexpensive, industry standard, ABEC-1 bearings by RBI, FIT, and Enduro Bearing. I stock PREMIUM GRADE (yet still inexpensive) ABEC-3+ bearings by RBI Bearing (see www.rbibearing.com). I can also supply just about any "name brand" bearing that you require.

Reasonable prices: I do my absolute best to have the lowest prices you can find, anywhere. If you find a lower overall price (combined price and delivery), show it to me and I will do my best to beat it.

Exceptional customer service: READ MY FEEDBACK. This is my livelihood, and therefore, I take customer service very seriously. Your purchase will ship as quickly as I can possibly get it out the door, usually the same day. A happy customer is likely to become a repeat customer.

On a personal note:

I am a happily divorced father of 5 school aged children and I have full custody of them all. Strike one up for the good guy!

I currently live and ship from Centerburg, Ohio (in the center of Ohio), but hail from Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Put-in-Bay is a summer resort town on South Bass Island in Lake Erie. As a result, I am a collector of all Put-in-Bay memorabilia, especially postcards.

My brother and I recently purchased our family business at Put-in-Bay. It is a marine supply/gift shop/carry-out, on the water front, called Wharfside. It is because of this that I do spend most summer weekends there and contacting me on Saturday and Sunday may be difficult, but I will respond to your questions as quickly as possible. If you find yourself on the island, on a summer weekend, stop in and say hi, I'll likely be there.
