I check my email many times a day so that I can be prompt and attentive to your questions and requests. I ship quickly though, so if you have a special shipping request, please make sure you have received a response from me before you pay. This is to make sure I can act upon your request before I ship. After your auction, I acknowledge your win with an invoice. I then let you know when I received your payment, and email to let you know when I mailed your package. Your item is always carefully packaged, then labeled and shipped in a professional manner. I strive to ship your item to you, at the very latest, within two business days after your payment is received. Sometimes, due to extenuating circumstances, it is later, but I always let you know the status. My Feedback Policy Many people prefer to receive feedback soon after a transaction. To make sure you receive feedback in a timely manner, I use an auction-management program that, among other tasks, leaves positive feedback immediately after positive feedback has been left for me. In Case of Problems If you have any question or concern after you receive your item, please contact me by email so we can discuss a solution. (George & Freddie) Personal "About Me" Stuff How it all began I got serious about eBay when I was off work for a month because I hurt my back. (That was the last 5-gallon water bottle I'll ever lift!) With a lot of time on my hands, I was going crazy out of boredom. But, I couldn't do anything that involved standing or walking. One day, I logged onto eBay to find out what it was all about. THEN, I found something I could do while I was infirm -- SPEND! One can learn a lot by bidding and buying, which I like to call "research". I spent a LOT of money on research! I used what I learned as a buyer to be a seller. A GOOD seller! By that, I don't mean that I'm selling thousands of items a month. By good, I mean I'm the type of seller I would like dealing with if I were a buyer. I'm professional, considerate, responsive, and friendly. My eBay name is "Bodang". I chose it because I wanted to be able to buy on eBay and be incognito from my significant other ("You bought WHAT???"). But, after I started really selling, I needed his help. So now he knows my eBay name. By the way, my husband (aka photographer, head cook, and yardman) is responsible for the lovely pictures you'll see on my auctions. A Little About Me I call myself Sasquatch (California Bigfoot) because of my height (5'10") and my feet (11 1/2 wide shoe) and I'm more comfortable dressed in "California casual" clothes rather than in business attire. I come from a family of hearty Irish people who love to eat and love to laugh and love to get into family squabbles as well.
