Shipping and handling charges are free or "flat rate" to anywhere in the U.S.   Please refer to the auction ad itself for specific pricing. We are happy to combine shipping!  Simply notify us of multiple items won and wait for combined invoicing PRIOR to making payment. ________________________________________________________________ HAS MY ITEM BEEN SHIPPED YET? Your auction item(s) are normally shipped within 24 hours after your PayPal payment is confirmed. We mail items 6 days a week, except major holidays, (USA).  Digital Delivery items are checked several times every day, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS, and are emailed as soon as we are notified of your payment. ________________________________________________________________ WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM(S) TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS? We are happy to negotiate sending your items to a different address, provided that you notify us prior to close of auction that an alternate address will be supplied. This may slow the delivery process approximately another 24 hours after the new "ship to" address is received by us. ________________________________________________________________ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We only sell products we use ourselves and believe to be of the highest quality.  If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectation, please let us know.  We want to make it right!  If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you can return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Some items are covered by a 1 month warranty.
