Ok a few tips to help you with bolt tech / order sizes.

All bolt diameters are measured in mm, for example a 8mm bolt is classed as a M8 bolt.

Cap head bolts are measured underhead to get bolt length.

Button head bolts are measured under head to get bolt length.

Countersunk bolts are measured the full length Inc'd head to get bolt length.

To work out thread lengths on bolts here the calculation -

Bolt diameter X 2 + 12mm, If bolts are over 110mm its bolt diameter X 2 + 16mm. Ok here how to work out thread, M10x100 bolt would have 32mm thread and 68mm plain shank.
