Please don't forget that before messaging with any questions you should read the full description. I try to make everything as clear as possible and am pleased to help you if I've missed something.

Questions on Payment:

1. Q:What payment types do you accept?

A:I Accept Paypal only per ebay policy. I apologize for any inconvenience.

2. Q:Something came up and I need more time to pay, what do I do?

A: Its no problem. Just make sure to message me using ebay's messaging service. Go into the listing you've won and click "Ask a Question" then just let me know you will need more time. I will hold your items up to 14 days from auction end.

3. Q:I just bought an item and I found another I want, can I combine the shipping for both items if I've already paid for the other item?

A: Absolutely! When the second (third or fourth) item ends you can request your total for that item and I will add the combined shipping fee to your first item's FREE shipping. *see below for combined shipping amounts*

Questions on Shipping:

1. Q:What shipping options do I have?

A:I use USPS Priority Mail (usually ships in 4-5 business days) and Priority Shipping International (usually ships in 6-8 business days)ONLY, I do not offer first class or other reduced price shipping.

2. Q: When can I expect my item?

A: I try to ship next day for items, it may take up to 2 business days for me to get something out. If you would like me to message you with your tracking number or let you know when I send the item out I'd be happy to accommodate you. :)

3. Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Of course I do! Add as many items as you want for a fee of $2 per item (US & Canada) and $5 Internationally. If your items combined reach more then 3lbs it will need to go in a flat rate box and they usually run about $11 US and $35-$45 internationally so keep that in mind when combining many items.

1. Q:When can I expect feedback?

A:I usually leave feedback twice a month, sorry for the delay but selling you quality items keeps me busy..

General Questions

1. Q:Do you accept returns?

A: Yes I do! Returns must be shipped back by buyer to receive refund. Refunds not given for:
Items that do not fit. Measurements given and additional measurements can be provided before item ends.
Description items overlooked by buyer, only if item is grossly misrepresented will a refund be provided.
If you are ever unhappy with an item please contact me.

2. Q:When do you list new items?

A: I list on Tuesdays 7-8 pm Pacific

3. Q: How do I know if an item will fit me?

A:Just look at garment measurements listed in every auction. Compare those measurements to the measurements of your favorite like item (looking at a dress compare to your fav dress)*

4. Q:Do you smoke or have pets?

A: I do not smoke but I do have one medium haired cat. I have a high powered vacuum and try to use it frequently because I don't like hair on my clothes any more than you do. If you do find cat hair it'll come off with a lint roller. I don't let her sleep on the clothing or anything like that but some could get in the box when I'm packing your item, she just loves to climb in boxes =^.^=.
