Before we list an item we check it carefully for damage and authenticity. Many of our items show some kind of handling which we clearly state in each description and / or photograph.  Please review the photos and read the description carefully and make sure you can live with any defect or damage. Communication and questions are encouraged.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We generally ship within 24 business hours of payment confirmation (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) via USPS priority (2/3 day) or First Class mail with delivery confirmation included unless other special arrangements have been made.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) CONDITIONAL AGREEMENT:

• Notification request for a Return Authorization must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
• All returns require authorization. Please contact us and we will work with you to provide the authorization necessary to complete a return shipment.
• The Return Authorization Number (RA#) we provide you must be clearly market on the outside of the package. RA#’s are valid for one week only. If you need additional time to complete a return you need to let us know when we issue you the RA. Returns received without an RA# or an expired RA run the risk of being refused at our door and sent back to the customer automatically.
• All returns will be assessed a 15% (of the final value) waiver / restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of additional resources associated with the return.
• Shipping and Insurance associated with the transaction are not refundable.
