This page should answer any and all general auction questions you have. But if there is something that is NOT listed on this page please feel free to email us about anything. No question is out of the question.
I have been in business since 2002 and love what I do. This allows me to stay at home with my beautiful little boy and we have our second little boy due in October of 09. I try to be as honest and descriptive as possible on all auctions because I could not stay in business otherwise.

NOTICE ABOUT CHANGES ON EBAY:
eBay has implemented a system called Detailed seller ratings, you now have the option of rating us 1-5 stars through several categories when you leave feedback. Along with your choice of positive, neutral and negative.
These ratings are very important for Powersellers. We strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one, so if you feel that you cannot leave us the full 5 stars for all 4 categories, PLEASE let us know BEFORE leaving feedback what we can do better to make your transaction the best that it can be. We are only human and are not 100% error free but we will do our best to correct any problems or mistakes in a timely manner and do it professionally. We can always be reached via email should you have any questions about anything @ bonitadulce@cox.net our response time is usually within 4 hours unless we are away in which you would get an immediate response with that information.

**Lately buyers have been bidding higher on items that are up for auction than what they can buy it for in our store. I can not stop bidders from bidding on an item. If you bid $16 and the item can be bought in our store for $10 I can't change the price to $10. Ebay does not allow sellers to change prices of items after the auction ends because we get charged a final value fee for that item sells for. On almost every auction the first thing the description says is 'YOU CAN GET THIS IN OUR STORE' We can not make bidders go to the store to check the buy it now price before continuing to bid. If you happen to bid higher than what you could have bought it for in our store we have no problem canceling that sale so you can go buy it in our store for the lesser amount. But please don't leave us bad feedback...it is not our fault ebay does not allow us to cap auction bidding**

We accept payment via paypal and cash at the time of local pick up.
We do not accept paypal for local pick up.
We require payment for all items within 6 days of purchase.
If 7 days have passed and payment is not received we will automatically file an unpaid item dispute
If another 7 days passes after the dispute has been opened, buyer will receive an unpaid item strike

Ebays shipping calculator is not always right and sometimes overcharges and does not give the best deal.
The shipping price shown includes the handling fee plus actual shipping for that item.
When buying multiple items....
We combine all of the items actual weights.
Charge a handling fee of $1.00 per order for U.S. buyers and $2 for international buyers
And all international packages totaling over $100 changes the handling fee to $4**
Insurance is highly recommended. We offer it on every item we sell domestic and international.

For U.S. buyers:
If your items weight adds up to more than 14 ounces it can no longer ship first class mail.
It must either ship parcel post or priority mail. When buying multiple items we will give all available shipping options for that item when the invoice is sent. We always list the cheapest first which may be the slowest method so if you need your item quickly please check the shipping method to make sure it's the right one for you!!
For International buyers:

And please remember we do not set the postal shipping prices...do not give us a bad rating on shipping because you didn't like how much it cost to ship your items. We are honest and charge exactly the weight of your items plus our handling fee which is clearly stated above. We ourselves think the postal prices are very high but can not change them.If you are overcharged on shipping...we refund the overage before shipping your item. Ebays shipping calculator is not always correct and does make mistakes but we are honest and refund any money that is overpaid.
We ship almost every order within 24-48 hours of payment being received.
Excluding holidays and weekends. But we do have a 3 day processing time listed in our auctions just in case something happens and we are not available for immediate shipment. We send an email with every shipment with
all of the info such as the shipping method etc. One via regular email to the address provided with your payment and one from ebays messaging system. Please understand
we also do not refund or accept returns of items that arrive after
the event date you were purchasing them for. You have options when
paying and you choose the shipping method not us. So please keep in
mind when paying how soon you need your item and choose the appropriate
shipping method to meet your needs. First class is for light weight items
14 ounces and under and delivery is usually around 2-4 days depending on your destination.
Parcel post is heavy items above 16 ounces and is around 7-10 days.
Priority 14 ounces and up and is 2-3 days insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
The postal service can be very hard on packages.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
All items are accurately described to the best of our abilities and a photo is on every auction
The size of the photo on your screen is not representative of the size of the item
The size of the item should be listed in the description...if it is not please ask before buying
We do not refund for items being bigger/smaller than pictured if the size is not listed
We have a 100% satisfaction on all our products
But we have to draw the line somewhere. If you thought the product was something it's not that is not an
acceptable return unless we have failed to describe the item correctly. Any questions as to functionality or size
or what it's made of needs to be asked BEFORE buying the item.
We will send replacements for any items with quality issues if proof is presented.
The best way to do that is to email us a photo of the item in question.
Please contact us with any issues that you may have and we will do our best to rectify the situation in a timely and professional manner.

Multiple payments void combined shipping rates. And you will get charged a full handling fee again if you pay for items separately. We get charged for each payment we receive so it gets very expensive, so please request a combined shipping invoice if you do not get one right away.
