Inventory is kept in a smoke-free environment, and all my items are cleaned according to manufacturer's recommendations prior to listing.
However, I do get inventory from a variety of sources, so I cannot guarantee that my items are completely free of all allergens.
I try to sell items that are of high enough quality that I would purchase them myself without reservation. If there are any flaws, I will state them in the listing. Low starting bids do not reflect low quality!! Items may be new or used, so please check each item description so you can bid accordingly.
When I first discovered eBay, I was doing a lot of shopping and buying. I learned a lot about being a good seller from my experiences as a buyer.
I try to treat all my customers as I would like to be treated.
On Feedback:
I like to post positive feedback about buyers and sellers and appreciate it when they return the compliment.
I consider myself very fair about this, but those people who do not respond to e-mail and do not reasonably honor their obligations will not receive a positive feedback.
On Reserves:
I rarely use reserves on my auctions, as I do not like them from a buyer's perspective. I want to know what the cost is going to be up front! So if I do use one, I will tell you what it is right in the listing. To calculate the total cost, please add in the cost of shipping, either by using the shipping calculator or adding the flat amount stated in the listing.
What else do I do besides eBay?
Well, I am currently a wife and mother to two fun-loving children - an 11 yr. old son, and an 8 yr. old daughter.

I am also a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music in piano, and have been teaching for over 20 years to students of all ages. I have a studio in my home that is currently equipped with a Kawai acoustic piano, a Yamaha Clavinova CVP-407, a computer for running theory and notation software, and an extensive music library!
