Our Vision of Seller Responsibilities
As an eBay seller we feel that it is the responsibility of the seller to describe the condition of all items honestly, to ship items in a timely manner, to ensure that the items are delivered and to follow up with the buyer.
As an eBay seller, we strive for positive feedback with every transaction not only for ourselves but for all of our buyers. To this end, we will resolve all disagreements and disputes in an amicable, mutually beneficial way. We do not believe in giving negative or even neutral feedback and will work with our buyers to ensure that they feel the same way.
Our Vision of Buyer Responsibilities
As eBay sellers, we believe that a buyer's responsibility does not end when payment is made. An eBay buyer also has the responsibility to notify the seller of any problems regarding the merchandise, shipping or any other transaction related item before giving either negative or neutral feedback. It is then up to both parties to ensure that the problems are resolved. This is why feedback for our buyers is not left until the transaction is completed and both the buyer and seller have met their obligations.
