Do to commitments in other areas of life, I am forced to curtail operations of this store for the forseeable future.   My apologies to those customers who waited a very long time to receive their items.  I wanted to be able to continue to offer boards but in the end I did not want to anger any more people.  Perhaps I will reopen the store - one day. We are here to help you get the bookboard that you want, any size - any quantity (with some limits of course!)  Our idea for the purpose of this store is to offer a variety of standard sizes.  But every project is different and sometimes you need a size that is 1/8 inch longer or shorter.  Please ask! That is why we're here.

We supply teachers, calligraphers, artists & art groups, scrap-book websites and sell on ebay.  I have several types of board in various calipers.  All are pH neutral (acid free.)  For a quote on your project, contact - bookboards@cox.net give sizes and quantities.

Davey Red Label Board - .080in, .098in.  Davey board has been the library standard for many years.  It is Archival quality and it resists dents and dings.  It is heavy, dense, and requires a strong shear or guillotine to cut properly.

Eska Board - .059in, .079in, .087in, .098in, .130in.  Eska board (aka. Gane board) has a thick inner core and two cross-laminated, very smooth surfaces.  It is lightweight, straight, strong and stiff, yet it cuts easily.  This has become a very popular board for artists, teachers and students. Lightweight means that it costs less to ship too!
