Customer Service and Returns Policy
We use UPS Ground as our expedited domestic shipper, and USPS Standard Mail as our standard shipping. Standard shipping normally takes 4-14 business days. Expedited shipping (UPS Ground) takes 3-5 business days. UPS will only deliver to street addresses. Expedited shipping to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/AE orders will be sent priority mail. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the book.
