Communication:

• We answer all emails that we receive promptly, usually the same working day. Upon completion of an order for a personalized product, we'll send you an email directing you to our website where you can then provide us with the exact information needed to complete your order!

Multiple Purchases:

• If you are purchasing several items from us within three (3) days of each other, wait until the last item closes.
• Request a single invoice with discounted shipping and handling.

Special Information for Our Paypal Clients:

• Paypal is our preferred method of payment so we can get your purchases to you fast. 
• Due to the increasing amount of fraud, we follow very strict Paypal guidelines.  If you do not have a confirmed address for us to ship your purchase to, please choose another form of payment.  This is NOT optional!

Alternate Addresses and Payment Options:

• If you wish us to ship to an alternate address that is not confirmed, we will accept money orders and checks.  Postal money orders allow us to ship immediately, all other money orders and checks are deposited into our accounts and we will ship your purchase in 10 - 14 days from receipt.
