Shipping:

Our standard shipping method is via USPS Media Mail. Media Mail is the old book rate and while it is inexpensive and dependable, it is slower that Priority Mail. Generally, packages shipped via Media Mail take 3-10 days for delivery depending on how far you are from Southwest Florida. We strongly recommend Priority Mail service for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico—Media Mail is available, but delivery times can be quite lengthy to these locations. For shipments to the U.S., we are happy to combine multiple purchases for shipping at a reduced shipping rate.

Your satisfaction is with your purchase is guaranteed. Returns are accepted—please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of your item if you would like to return it. Items must be returned within fourteen days of the date received in the condition in which received.
