After your auction closes, you will receive an email from eBay stating that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact BostonBids.com to arrange payment. Our auction management company automatically sends you an email within four hours of auction close. Our email will contain a link to our secure checkout site where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase with your credit card. If you do not receive a "Checkout Notification" email within two days, please contact customer service at BostonBids@FleetCenter.com. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.
All shipping is done via UPS and includes insurance. Charges will be applied based on weight and size specifications. Note that we cannot ship to post office boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
All sales on BostonBids.com are final. Only if an item is damaged in shipping may it be returned.
