After tumbling

Welcome to Bottlediger Digger Ry’s Antique Bottles Page
A little about me – I have been a Solider in the US Army since 2001, one month before 911 and have been serving proudly since. In my free time I enjoy looking for and digging up antique glass and ceramics in old Privies behind houses circa 1860 and earlier. The bottles I list on ebay have all been dug by myself and are either duplicates I already have or items I don’t specifically collect. For my personal collection I try to focus on pontil age bottles but I do keep many odd or interesting bottles dating up to the early 1900’s. I dig up thousands and thousands of bottles each year and I just can’t keep them all so I offer them up for sale on ebay or local bottles shows so others can enjoy them as much as I do. Every antique bottle is unique in its own way and is a look into our past history as our ancestors have lived. I hope you enjoy these bottles as much as I do. Thank you for taking the time to look through my auctions. Also for anyone who is interested I also do professional glass bottle cleaning. All of the bottles I list have been lightly hand cleaned, a little more effort can easily remove any dirt I have missed but some may still contain “staining” which can only be removed by tumbling a bottle in a machine to remove that ground stain. I currently charge 15 for a polish which would be for a lightly stained bottle and 25 dollars or cut and polish which would be for a highly stained bottle or etched bottle. This process makes the bottle sparkle and look as it did when it was first made. Check out my before and after pictures. It really makes a differnce if you want those bottles to sparkle. Thanks again!
