My Return policy. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless I misrepresented the item in the description. If I left out information in the auction that is at your own risk for not asking the proper question before you bid. All other reasons will be at my judgment, I do not reimburse for shipping charges or listing fees unless I misrepresented the item. Any electrical item is non-returnable for any reason unless I described it as working and it does not work when you receive the item. Any item that is not insured is non-returnable for any reason. I do not give any refund until the item is returned to me at your cost. Any item exchanged or returned to you without a refund will be at your own shipping cost. All items must be returned in the same condition with nothing missing and packed well. All returns must be at my door within 10 days from the day you received the item.
Shipping and handling is paid for by BUYER, which includes insurance and delivery conformation. Personal pickup is acceptable. If you need to know shipping cost please include your city, state and zip code and I will send you an estimated quote for USPS priority with insurance or if it is a large or heavy item it will be UPS. My lowest shipping cost for a 1-pound priority box unless noted in the description is $6.00. If you want it shipped for less than that you will need to let me know such as ask me for no insurance but please remember that if it is lost or damaged it is your loss not mine. If you win more than one item I will gladly combine items if possible to save on shipping cost. I never prepackage so I normally do not put a shipping cost in the auction because it varies on where you are, how many items you have won and the weight. I do not overcharge on shipping to make up for selling an item for a really cheap price like some sellers. I only add a small handling fee (usually about $0.50 to $2.00) for my shipping supplies so please do not be alarmed about an inflated shipping cost. If I need to charge a special packing fee I will state it in the auction. If I ship out of USA there is a $5.00 handling fee added to the shipping cost.
