Hi, My name is Doug Besherse. I am the owner and operator of Besherse Brothers a company that revolves around the sport of Archery and Bowhunting. We have been in business for over 20 years now and from the beginning have sold to people on a national basis. In the past we printed catalogs and sales flyers, then mailed them out. This process had a time frame of several months from creation to when the customer actually saw the printed material. Then along came the wonderful world of the internet. Instant access for customers, instant creation and product presentation for us.


I started using the internet exclusively for sales and promotions in the fall of 1997. There is a constant learning curve with the internet but one thing I learned early on that still holds true is this fact. There are basically two types of people using the internet. The first type are those looking for free information. I help those people by offering a question and answer section on my web site and through articles I produce as a technical writer for BowHunting.net. The second type of person on the internet is someone who is looking to buy things. This is why we use EBAY. We are not really using EBAY for individual sales, we are using it to round up buyers. Our core business is from referrals and residual sales of satisfied customers. We offer a large selection of products, very competitive prices and the knowledge to help people make good buying decisions as well as how to use what they buy. We are looking for customers who want to use the internet as a means of buying product. We want to develop the same relationship with them as we did with our other mail order customers.
