There is no return authorization number, however all items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

For Bowling Shoe Returns-

  • Use original shipping box if possible.
  • Bowling shoes that have been bowled in are not eligible for return!!!!!
  • Please make sure when trying on shoes, they are done so on a clean dry surface. Any dirt or markings on the bottom of the shoe will make them non-returnable.
  • Up Your Alley Pro Shop is NOT responsible for customers ordering the incorrect size shoes.
  • Please e-mail with any questions about a size you may need in return to make sure it is a current model and in stock.


Include LEGIBLE shipping address in box with return

There is no service charge for exchanges.
You will need to include the shipping charge of the item(s) your returning for shipment of that item back to you. This may be done by including check, money order or cash with the return. You may also send using paypal, if doing so include a copy of the paypal payment with your return so I know the payment for return shipping was made using paypal.

Credits/Refunds: 

When sending an item back for a refund, before any refund is given I must contact E-bay and file a non-paying bidder alert, and claim my Final Value Fees back through E-bay. This in no way will harm or mark your account. When the buyer agrees that the item was returned for a refund, and the e-bay fees are credited to me, I will refund the cost of the item in the for of payment. Paypal payments will be refunded through paypal.

NO SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED.

If the item you purchased was "FREE SHIPPING" there is a restocking fee if sending back for a refund.

If we send you the wrong item/size/weight/color, we will pay for any shipping charges incurred in a return by using UPS prepaid labels, or prepaid U.S mail labels. We will not re-emburse any shipping under any circumstances for return shipping of an incorrect item not being made with one of our return labels.

International Buyers:

Under no circumstances can items being sent out of the U.S be returned for any reason.

 


Q: I'm interested in buying a bowling ball, but would like to know what the pin & top weight is of the ball listed for sale. How can I make sure I get the ball specs I want?

A: While many bowling balls I sell may have more then 1 available, some are down to 1 ball remaining and in most cases specific pin & top weight will be listed in the listing when only 1 ball is available. In any other cases I have more then 1 ball available, and the auction or listing is NOT for a specific pin or top weight. All winning buyers may request pin and top weight. A note must be made WITH payment. There is a space to do this through Paypal, or if sending a money order include a note with it. I will match all requests as close as possible. I have more then one of these balls available and do not specify any pin or top weight for each specific auction. All balls are first quality balls. Most all of my balls have pins between 2-4", and a top weight between 2 and 4 oz.
At this time I do not accept any requests for gross ball weight or mass bias location markings. If you have any further questions please let me know. Q: I want to buy shoes, but how will I know they fit?

A: Most bowling shoes I sell do run true to size. Please check the listing for any sizing issues before buying. You are buying a sized item online, there is a chance the item will not fit. We are not responsible for any sizing issues and do not pay for any part of shipping involved with a return. All Brunswick shoes are made by dexter and thus should fit the same as dexter shoes.

Q: I want to buy more then 1 item, how do I make sure I pay the correct shipping?

A: If buying multiple items, please do not pay until I send a combined invoice for all items. Minimal charges would apply for any excessive amount of smaller items purchased or a larger accessory or other item. My combined shipping rates are only valid if a combined payment is made for those items. After a payment is received, no refunds will be made on any shipping charges so please make sure all items are paid within 1 payment if buying multiple items.

Q: I want to buy from you, but can't pay for another few days is this ok?

A: Yes, however be aware I ask all payments be made within 7 days after you purchase the item.  If it is a store listing your looking to buy, please buy it when your ready to pay as they are normally always available.

Q: When will my item ship!?

A: All items ship within 48 hours of your payment being received. If paying on a Friday most items would not ship until Monday.

Q: I need my item FAST! How can I upgrade my shipping?

A: Most items do feature UPS 2 day air, or 3 Day Select shipping options. If the item your buying does not, please contact me with your zip code so that a rate may be e-mailed back to you. UPS Next Day Air is available but sometimes costly. All items shipped "air" are dimensionally weighed. No packages are picked up on some holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Please take this into consideration when upgrading your shipping. We try to get all items paid for by 3 PM EST shipped the same day.

Q: What is my tracking #?

A: All items paid with paypal will have a tracking # sent in an automated e-mail from UPS. Any items sent through the mail do not have any tracking or tracking #.

Q: I got my item and everything is great, but I noticed you did not leave me feedback. WHY?!

A: Due to the large volume of items I sell, it is impossible for me to personally leave feedback for every item. This is something I did do up until 2004. Now my feedback is automatically left for you once it is left for me. This is done through an automated e-bay program. Customers not paying will be left negative feedback.
