HOW DO I PAY?
First you must wait for your winning bidder notice from Bowlmart before you checkout through MarketplaceAdvisor. You can then checkout through MarketplaceAdvisor within the winning bidder notice. Another way is to return to your winning
auction page and scroll down and open the MarketplaceAdvisor checkout link.
Then follow the checkout instructions. Or you can checkout through
this link and then choose eBay from the first drop
down menu to indicate where you won the auction item. You will then
need your winning auction number. If you've won multiple auctions from
Bowlmart Bowler's World, just
enter one of the numbers. MarketplaceAdvisor will find the rest. Take this
number and enter it in the second entry field. Next fill in the final
field with your email address that is registered with eBay. Now click
the GO button and follow the instructions.

checkout though MarketplaceAdvisor will delay shipping 5 to 7 business days.

Why Did My Payment NOT Go Through And/Or Why Am I Getting Errors At Checkout?
- If you are buying an item via means of "Buy It Now":
- If you use the MarketplaceAdvisor Checkout button within your auction immediately after the close of the auction, you might be asked to wait for the transaction to be processed. This could take 5 minutes or several hours depending on eBay traffic and volume issues.
- Please wait for the winning bidder email from bowlingball.com
- The email from BOWLMART will have a "Pay Here" link in the email and will allow you to successfully complete checkout.
- If you receive an error message stating that you are using the incorrect item # or transaction not found:
- Please check the eBay item # to ensure its accuracy.
- Next check to make sure you are using the correct email address. You must enter the email address that you originally registered with on eBay.
- In order to figure out what email address you have registered with eBay simply click on your "user name" at your "my eBay" page and enter the password and your email address will appear. If this is still an issue after steps 1 and 2 please contact us at: ebaysupport@bowlmart.com . This is the fastest way to get assistance on this matter.
- If you are having trouble with the link provided in the winning bidder notice, please go to www.marketworks.com/pay.asp and follow the instructions. Make sure you are using the correct email address originally registered with ebay.
- Also note that, if paying by credit card or paypal your "my eBay" page may still reflect a "pay now" button or say that you are unpaid even when you have your order number from checkout. This is normal, do not worry about this as our MarketplaceAdvisor checkout page does NOT interact with eBay's "my eBay" page.
- Another reason you may be having difficulity checking out is your security settings may be too high in your browser. You can set http://www.marketworks.com as a Trusted site in your browser settings. Or you can set them lower just to checkout and then return them to their original settings.

When is my ball going to
ship? / How long does it take to get my ball?
A corresponding email will be sent in moments upon winning an auction.
You must first checkout for your order to begin processing. IMPORTANT! Failure to
checkout though MarketplaceAdvisor will delay shipping 5 to 7 business days.
Once checkout is complete the order will processed within 24 hours
after receipt of valid payment information. Once receipt of payment is
received the order is usually shipped within 1-3 business days. All
payments received Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the
following business day. All orders are sent UPS ground. UPS does not pick up on Saturday, Sunday or
holidays. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date
of shipment for lower 48 states and approximate shipping to Canada via UPS Worldwide Expedited is 7 to 10 business days. UPS does not guaranteed delivery time only an estimated delivery time. You may track your order on UPS' web site.

Where do you ship?
Currently we provide shipping to the United States and most recently we ship to Canada. All items are
shipped UPS ground unless otherwise stated (Canada shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited). Sorry, no P.O. Boxes, no
APO's. However, if you are in Alaska or Hawaii please email us at ebaysupport@bowlmart.com
for actual shipping prices due to the fact that we currently only ship
UPS second day air to these locations.

Can I Combine Shipping?
We do offer discounts on shipping. To receive the discount, the items must be purchased from the same seller and you must checkout all items at the same time.
The first item shipping charge and additional shipping charges are located in the auction near the image of the item. When combining items the item with the higher original shipping amount takes lead over lesser priced shipping items.

Approved?
Yes, all balls sold by Bowlmart Bowler's World are USBC approved unless otherwise stated
within the auction.

May I request a top weight and or pin placement?
Due to our large number of auctions, we are unable to individually
inspect balls for top weight and/or pin placement. However, if we have
more
than one of an auctioned ball in stock we will be glad to do our best
to
fulfill any request. Please make all requests when checking out and
keep in
mind that we cannot guarantee top weight and/or pin placement.

Is this ball used or a
blem/2nd?
All balls here at Bowlmart Bowler's World are NEVER used. Our balls are all first quality
balls, but we do auction blemished / 2nds from time to time. If the ball is a
blem / 2nd it will be clearly stated within auction.

Can I change ball weight or
shoe size once I won the auction?
Since, certain weights or sizes may be limited in quantity, the volume
of orders processed, and the legally binding contract of winning a bid
we unfortunately can not exchange weights or sizes. Our advice to
bidders is to practice safe bidding and making certain that the item
you are bidding on is truly what you want.

How do I get My ball drilled?
All balls here at Bowlmart Bowler's World are not predrilled. We do offer a Basic Ball Drilling Service, this is opn each ball we sell as an upsell item.
You can add this service to your ball at checkout. Please note that you do have to specify which hand and size you would like us to drill your ball for.

What is your Return Policy?
Merchandise must be returned, unused, in its original packaging, within
30 days of receipt by customer. All non-defective returned merchandise
will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The customer will not be refunded
for the cost of shipping and handling the item to them. Also, on
non-defective returned merchandise the customer shall incur the cost of
shipping and handling in returning the item.
