This is a small business run primarily by my wife as a source of additional income as well as a personal interest. We sell mostly toys and hobbies but will list anything that we think will be of interest to our buyers.We will strive to maintain professional excellence and put our buyers first in all transactions. We want you to be satisfied above all and will do all that we can to make that a reality. Please give us the opportunity to correct any problems before leaving negative feedback.
We will work with you to ship the way you desire and keep the price as economical as possible. All of our items will be packaged securely in order to protect them during the shipping process, including the use of bubble wrap, peanuts and whatever else is necessary to keep your items the way we sold them to you. We require insurance on any item over 25.00 and will add it to the shipping cost.Payment is due within three days of auction end. Most of our items come from estate sales and are vintage. We will make every effort to accurately describe the item and take pictures so that you are able to see any defects. Please ask questions if you are not sure about something you wish to bid on. We will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Electrical items are guaranteed as to outward appearance only. We do not take them apart to ascertain condition. Therefore, return of these items will be allowed on a case by case basis. No warranty is given or implied as to the operating condition of an item unless specifically stated. Occasionally we may make a mistake or overlook a defect. If that is the case, we will make it right with you the buyer to your satisfaction including allowing you to return the item with ALL shipping charges refunded or returning a portion of the sale price if that is what you desire. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! So please work with us to provide that. We say sincerely that we will treat you the way we would want to be treated. So please give us the opportunity!!
