Whenever possible, shipments can be combined when safe for the products purchased. I'm a good packer! In 11+ years I've had less than one hand of claims!
If product warrants a return: Buyer must contact me upon receipt of package for a return refund. No refunds granted after 7 days from date of delivery per delivery confirmation. No partial refunds. Item must be returned in same condition it was received. Return shipping is buyer's cost.
