Damaged Merchandise: In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit, please follow the instructions, which are included on the packing slip with your shipment. Damage claims must be reported to us within 14 days of shipment date. If we may be of any further assistance, please drop us a line. Please include your ebay item number with all correspondence.

As stated on the ebay listing page, insurance is optional but highly recommended. If you did not purchase insurance, we will try our best to handle the insurance claim but there is no guarantee.

Note: As much as we would like to reimburse for all return freight charges, it is our policy only to do so if such charges were incurred due to an error on our part. All other freight charges will be at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed.

Returns: Your continued satisfaction with the No1Collectibles community is our number one concern. If for any reason you wish to return an item that you have purchased within 14 days of the shipment date, please contact us at with your ebay item #, a list of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then contact you with further instructions and a return authorization. Please note that should you decide to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping as well as any and all charges incurred by No1Collectibles with your purchase (that includes ebay fees, paypal fees and shipping costs) as well as a 15% restocking fee.
