Exchange an ItemMost items can be returned within 30 days of delivery date. All must be in original packaging. Refunds are for the item cost and not shipping or handling costs. We do not have restocking fees. All items must be returned with all parts and original packaging to receive credit.
Returns
- Click here to send a RMA Request. Please include order # and item name you wish to return.
- We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with the proper return address.
- The RMA number must be written on outside of box for credit.
- For your protection, package should be tracked and insured with carrier for full purchase amount.
- Refunds are processed upon return and inspection of the item via the same method of payment.
The following items (Costumes and Clothing) are only returnable if in original and un-opened and sealed packaging.
- Undergarments, Socks and Stockings.
- Shoes and Boots. Un-scuffed and unworn. Do not walk a mile in shoes and try to return them.
- Makeup (any cosmetic.)
- Masks, Wigs, Beards, Facial Hair, Eyelashes, Teeth and Fangs, Prosthetics.
- Costume Patterns.
- Clearance items.
- Any item that has been used, worn or altered.
Any Mask, Wig, Beard or Facial Hair, Teeth, Fangs or Prosthetic that is only in a zip lock bag or not in a factory sealed bag or container are not returnable. (Must be factory sealed for return.)
The following items are not returnable.
- Special Order Items.

Should you receive a wrong or defective product. First, we apologize for this. Please follow the Shipment Error Return Terms below so we may provide you with a smooth return/exchange process.

- Please order the costume you would like as a new order. This insures we have the costume or item is in stock and ships promptly to you.
