PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Send payment via Paypal to shopbbc@aol.com. We ship generally ship within 24 business hours of payment confirmation (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) via USPS priority (2/3 day) or First Class mail with delivery confirmation included unless other special arrangements have been made.
CONTACT US FOR MULTIPLE ITEM AND COMBINED SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS. WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY COST SAVINGS POSSIBLE. Insurance, if desired is an extra charge of $1.70 for up to $50.00 of coverage, $2.15 for up to $100 of coverage, $2.60 for up to $200 of coverage, $4.60 for up to $300 of coverage, $5.55 for up to $400 of coverage and $6.50 for up to $500 of coverage. Remember, as sellers, we are not responsible for a package once it is delivered to the carrier.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) / WAIVER CONDITIONAL AGREEMENT
Notification request for a Return Authorization or Waiver must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
All returns require authorization. Please contact us and we will work with you to provide the authorization necessary to complete a return shipment.
The Return Authorization Number (RA#) we provide you must be clearly market on the outside of the package. RA#’s are valid for one week only. If you need additional time to complete a return you need to let us know when we issue you the RA. Returns received without an RA or an expired RA run the risk of being refused at our door and sent back to the customer automatically.
All returns / Waivers will be assessed a 15% (of the final value) waiver / restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of additional resources associated with the return or waiver.
Shipping and Insurance associated with the transaction are not refundable.
