 Policy

Serious bidders only! Do not bid if you do not intend to pay!

According to the eBay Unpaid Item Policy, buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.

For non-paid items, we will file Unpaid Item dispute with eBay. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honor their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction). We may also give negative feedback to those non-paid bidders.

All our goods are brand new unless otherwise specified.

We inspect every piece of goods before shipment to ensure that the goods shipped are in good conditions.

  Buyers will be notified by email after the auction has ended. Payment must be received within 7 working days after the auctions has ended unless prior arrangement  has been made.

If goods is returned to us due to incomplete or not correct address given to us in payment, buyer must pay for the re-ship.

We will accept exchange for defective items or wrong item shipped. Contact us by email within 5 days after receiving the item if the goods have any problem on arrival, for return instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be entertained without the RMA number. We do not accept return after 14 working days even RMA number is assigned.

Items can only be returned if they are in original conditions and in the original packaging, and without any markings, tape, folds or modifications.

Buyer will pay the return shipping charge and we will pay the 2nd shipping charge.

Shipping, handling,  insurance charges are non-refundable.

 Payment    
Checkout process: After winning the auction, ebay will send a notification email to your email account registered in ebay. Just follow the instructions inside the email, it will be very easy to checkout and complete the purchase.

Or if you do not receive the email, you can sign in your ebay account and click "My eBay", browse the "My Messages" page, you will also see the winning notification email.

We accept the following payment methods:      ->
 

    1. Paypal (preferred). You can pay by cash,
       major credit card or debit card or e-check thru paypal.
    2. Western Union Cash Remittance.

    3. International Money order e.g. those issued by
        Western Union (NO personal check or  local postal
         money order of your home land). P.S. You need to
         pay additional bank charge (US$ 8.50) to us if you
         choose this payment method.
    4. sending consealed cash notes (i.e.wrapping the cash
        in card or paper before putting into the envolop),

 Shipment Charge    
 All shipment will be done within 2 working days after full payment is made, from Hong Kong by airmail.

 For payment made by e-check, shipment will be done after e-check is cleared. This will normally take 5-7 business days

 For payment made by money order, the shipment will be done after the money order is cleared. This will normally take 14 business days after the money order is received.

 For payment made by Western Union cash remittance or concealed cash, the shipment will done after the cash is received.

Shipping and handling charges cover cost of all the following: postage, packing material, packing labor.

Shipping, handling,  insurance charges are non-refundable.

Registered Airmail fee is highly recommended. Any damage & lost caused during shipment is covered by insurance. If no insurance is paid, and the goods is lost or damage on the postage way, we will not send a replacement or reship.

  Tracking number will only be provided if Registered Airmail fee has been paid for the item.

We offer combined and discounted shipping charges for multiple purchases on the same shipment. Please see the shipping charge table of each ad.

 For international postal shipment, estimated shipping time is approximately 7 to 18 working days varies from place to place. There is sometimes postage delay due to different reasons, e.g. delayed custom clearance.

 Some times delivery time will be delay due to customs regulation .

  For EMS speedpost / DHL shipment, the estimated time is approximately 3 to 7 working days, varies from place to place.

 We do not ship on Sundays and local public holidays. 

 APO/FPO Addresses are welcomed.

 Customers are responsible for their country's local tax. We do not charge sales tax or VAT our side. We will declare the goods as gift with value excluding the shipping charge.
