BrassPack has been selling on eBay for many years and has been dedicated to providing quality products and excellent service. During that same time, BrassPack has also grown its business outside of eBay. During the last year, we have reached a crossroads. We have come to realize that the service needs of our local customers and those of our eBay customers are different. Rather than continue trying to "please all of the customers all of the time", we feel, after long consideration that it is best to split up our business in order to best serve everyone.
What does this mean?
- BrassPack is shutting down our eBay sales on May 10 and will focus on local customers
Where can I get my packing supplies?
- Sabrina, one of our employees that has been working with us for 10 years has opened a new eBay business called Packit-Right to serve you. She will be focused on the items you buy and will be selling the same quality products that BrassPack provided.
- Take a look at Packit-Right's auctions. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
Can I still buy from BrassPack?
- Brasspack will be increasing minimum order to $75 and will not be offering eBay pricing or shipping charges any longer.
- We will sell to anyone, but we encourage you to try Pack It Right
When will the changes happen?
- BrassPack will be pulling auctions and making changes effective May 10.
Who do I contact for customer service?
- Contact BrassPack for any order placed with BrassPack. We will stand by our commitments for any order that is in process or we have shipped.
