SHIPPING.
Due to the high cost of shipping we gone away from the Air side and use Surface.
As most buyers aren't in too much of a rush, the air option is always available.
We usually ship same day, unless it's an item which takes more time to pack, then we may be looking for different boxes or packing materials.
ONCE we have posted your item, we have no control after that, so it's not our fault if it's held up at customs.
99.99% of our items arrive in the time frames listed on our listing, all we can do is ship as quickly as possible.
International shipments outside USA & Canada are AIR only.
If you have every been around a post office at Xmas time, you would be surpised if 50% ever made it but they do.
We always put printed Labels, separate to the regular forms we fill in, taped over so they don't get ripped or smudged.
We make life easier for the Postal workers, which means they flow through smoother.
ITEMS.
Why do we sell items we know nothing about, we buy based on the resale value on EBay. We have sold everything from A to Z .
We buy based on where it comes from, a Bankruptcy means everything was working prior to seizure.
Same as Sheriffs Seizure, police lost & found & Stolen goods are usually very good. Condition of an item is a key to what we buy.
Government surplus is usually very good, endless tax dollars, they replace everything by age. If it's too new, may be a problem.
PACKING
We have packed just about anything you can think of with great success. My friend who is in the Moving business taught me the secrets.
Some items need to be a solid pack, some a loose pack, some one way, others a different way.
SOLD AS IS, Sale is final.
We sell AS IS Sale is final, because 50% of our items we can't test, some we have no knowledge.
We may get less for some of the items, so you are taking a small gamble.
We gamble every day, at every auction, we don't know if any item we buy works, but condition and where, etc is our key.
Occasionslly we send items to the recycle or the garbage, we do our research, very rare do we lose.
MULTIPLES
We often have multiplies, so when you see you item back on auction, it does NOT mean we have relisted you item.
We also often use the one picture for multiples, if they are all same and same quality.
