This is especially important for our children. Products that we put ON our skin are absorbed into our bodies. We need to be careful what we use. (One example is the patch that is put ON our body to help people quit smoking. Patches, lotions, cosmetics, creams, shampoo, etc., put ON our bodies are absorbed INTO our bodies, and sadly, many of the chemicals in these items are toxic.)
Also, it's important to stay away from processed foods. Adding whole foods, organic and natural foods to your diet will help to increase your energy levels and be so much more healthy for you.

Brighten Your Day Products is an eBay store, dedicated to brightening people's day. My daughter has been buying and selling on e-Bay for several years and she helped me start this new business. I have become totally addicted to eBay. It’s fun and I love being part of this.
When my daughter was a little girl and just learning how to write, she loved to make home-made greeting cards for family birthdays and events. On the back of each card, she would draw a yellow sun and write “Brighten Your Day”. Everyone loved getting her cards.
My little girl and I would talk of the day when we would try to brighten the days of many people. My daughter has grown into a fine young woman and mother. She is a First Grade Teacher and specializes in “at risk” kids who are expelled from their school home campus for behavior, learning or social problems. She is a teacher who goes that extra mile to help the kids that other teachers may have given up on.
She instills in her kids an excitement for learning and behaving correctly in the classroom. She is ever-patient and treats each child with dignity and respect – something that most students have rarely received. She starts their day by greeting them at the door with a hand-shake and looks them in the eye and tells each one that she is glad they are here in her class today and that we’re going to have fun learning new things.
While she is in the classroom making a difference in the lives of these special kids, I work outside the home, too. I am fast approaching retirement and wanted something productive to do when it came time to hang it up and retire. She and I talked, and that's when the idea of a childhood dream became a reality and BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY PRODUCTS was born.
For now, most of my eBaying is done in the evening. I’m looking forward to retirement and being able to do this full-time.
