Flowers in our greenhouse

We are fortunate to live on five sunny acres on a hillside in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont and our interests and hobbies are mostly related to the outdoors and nature.

 

Most of the products we sell here on eBay and on our web sites are items and brands that we have used ourselves and found to be useful, solve problems and to be of the highest quality.

 

We love working in our gardens and growing perennials. We used to have an enormous vegetable garden but these days, to save more time for kayaking, we concentrate our efforts on our extensive perennial gardens. We don’t need a greenhouse all the year but when we discovered FlowerHouse portable greenhouses we found they were just the thing for starting annuals for our plant boxes in the spring and covering pots on cold nights. Our web site www.InstantGreenhouses.com features all the many styles and sizes.
Toilet in our tent - yes it's odor free!

Our favorite thing to do is to camp, (in tent or RV) and kayak on the crystal clear, remote and beautiful lakes in central and northern Maine. We get away to Maine whenever we have the chance.

 

We also love hiking and volunteering for the Green Mountain Club. We have completed climbing the New England Four Thousand Footers and are working on the Hundred Highest. In the winter we cross country ski and snowshoe and try to catch up on everything we didn’t have time for in the summer!

We created www.EasyCareToilet.com when we discovered the Pett® portable toilet system. This folding, easy to carry, waterless, odor free toilet system makes so much difference - when you’re camping in a tent, when the RV has been winterized and even at home when the power goes out and there’s no water for flushing the toilet.
